Lars Schauermann has an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics with focus on business development and management.
During Lars’ 20 years as a management consultant he has worked in a variety of assignments within different businesses and with a variety of business models. Significant for the assignments have been challenging client situations and business issues with complex analysis and/or major business transformations and change management.
Lars has senior experience in a many business areas but is specialized in the service sector with service development, organization design and customer centricity.
As former President, Marketing Director and as a Management Consultant, Lars has built up deep experience and strength in simplifying, explaining and clarifying complex business challenges and addressing these with strategies as well as operative action plans.
